In Cambridge they stole a Hobby caravan from a home in Cambridge, after being told that the police would not enter the traveler site despite witness evidence that it was seen going there the owner arranged for a micro lite over flight and there it was, the police claimed first that they had flown a drone over the site and could not see it the police then claimed that they had been outside the site for 5 hours but the travelers had denied them access. Eventually after the owner had constantly bombarded social media with the story the caravan was dumped in a field and recovered. The police comment is the caravan has been successfully recovered. Archiesgrandad Posted November 11, 2017 Share Posted November 11, 2017 Near us in SW France several families from the travelling community set up their homes by the side of the road, and stayed there for several months. They even had a 5 metre swimming pool set up for the kids to play in. Nobody seemed to bother them and they moved on when the weather got colder.
