order of check. Is the control panel switched on, is there power, check for corrosion on pump plug terminals, is fuse o.k., is the pump cable damaged, John

My brother when using our Wyoming had the problem of switching the internal pump on but as it was summer i had set up just the external pump for them.

So when he turned on the tap - the micro switches turned on the internal pump so he thought all was working but the reality was the internal pump was running dry - whilst the external pump in the water barrel outside did nothing.

Hope your sons problem is as simple as this.
