NorWestHope Posted October 13, 2017 Share Posted October 13, 2017 Does anyone here tow a small caravan with a campervan.? I'm aged 70+ and looking at this option. As far as I understand it I need to keep the Max Authorised Mass of both within 3500kg, although I have read conflicting comments including one on this site where it infers that as long as the towing vehicle is under 3500 it doesn't matter about the weight of the caravan. (although I know of the 85% recommendation). Any suggestions on a suitable small campervan, and what weight it would be capable of towing. Thinking of a small caravan, say MTPLM 1300 kg.
