tonyishuk Posted July 20, 2013 Share Posted July 20, 2013 The tow bar company has said that the Witter towbar for the above may need a VW rear bumper modification to hide the tow bar (Detachable swan neck) Has anyone had a towbar fitted to the Golf and what mods were needed to the bumper ? They replaced the black plastic valance with another which has a removable panel, and gave me the old one to keep in the loft. It looks so neat that 99% of people would never notice it.
