And as they are dropped in Marine Protected Areas where no fishing should be occurring, I think we can safely say that fishing there would also illegal and that any danger is removed once they stop fishing there. I watched over time an experiment off the coast of the isle of Arran over a period of twenty years or more where they implemented a "no take zone" and its made a massive difference. What was once practically a dead sea bed is now just alive with life. The plant life and fish have returned and everything else along the food chain. The government will do feck all though.
