J9withdogs
Dunno about sites, Michele, but a lovely place to eat is the Sea Palace. It is a beautiful floating Cantonese restaurant. www.seapalace.nl
michele
janine only if I ws in that country . I am a great believer of eat what the locals do and their own dishes . I would never go to France and eat pizza or chineese . I just think whats the point I can get this at home .

Thank you all. ;-) We always stay at the Gaasperplas camping. Not that close, but easy access 20 mins IIRC to Centraal Station via the train/subway, which has a station right at the camping. We usually buy a transit dagkaart for the length of time we'll be there. http://www.gaaspercamping.nl/eng/

twooks
watch out for the sweet smells that are rumoured to waft across the site at night. :D :D actually though but .. .. you could stay anywhere in the Netherlands as long as you're near a railway station - the public transport is brilliant. we've just got back [well actually a couple of weeks now] from a trip around the whole country - great except for the road works on the motorways around Eindhoven towards Germany. :D :D :D B-)
