We watch Countryfile regularly but when that piece came on with two black people theorising about how black folk were not at home or comfortable in the Countryside I switched the TV off. We get quite enough coverage of racial issues on other programmes.

Never watched it so cant really comment but if black people feel uncomfortable in the Countryside there must be a reason for that. I can think of a few areas not too far from here where if a black or Asian person were to walk into one of the Woolyback pubs they would probably definitely feel uncomfortable. I couldnt give a toss if an Asian or Black family moved into our village but I know for sure some here wouldnt be happy about it.
