Bulletguy Posted September 22, 2021 Share Posted September 22, 2021 Blimey I never thought such a thing possible but this young lady who came to UK as a nine year old girl with virtually zero knowledge of English, learnt a lot from watching and listening to the actors in Eastenders! 8-) She didn't let her disability stand in the way either as she begged her parents to let her go to a mainstream school in preference to a disabled one. But then I guess if someone has got enough about them to go through what they did to emigrate to another country they must be something special. And we are fools for turning them away. The two German scientists who developed the BioNTech vaccine are both from immigrant parents. They are now billionaires but lead a very modest lifestyle living in an apartment and cycling to work, neither have ever owned a car.
