How else would any sane minded person term Trumps totally ludicrous rhetoric and wild claims when, 1) he couldn't even name the hospital (because he was lying) and 2) he's never set foot anywhere remotely near a 'war zone'! He saw to that with his draft dodging bone spurs! ;-) A London Hospital surgeon has given him an open invitation to visit the hospital he works at. Trump won't take that offer up though because he can't face being shown up for the lying idiot he is.
