"The ratings agency, which scores debt on the basis of how likely they are to default, changed the outlook on its Aa2 rating on the debt issued by the UK government from "stable" to "negative". https://news.sky.com/story/moodys-downgrades-uks-credit-outlook-after-brexit-paralysis-11857899 This suggests that Moody's thinks that to increase revenues the government should raise taxes or somehow substantially increase GDP growth to finance the increase in spending that both Labour and Tories are now proposing.
