What is the funniest thing that you feel has ever happened to you? I shall start as there is no one else awake!! Many years ago whilst serving with the R.A.F. in what was then known as Malaya, I was on a tented base 'up the jungle' on the east coast at an old airfield called Kuantan. Very early one morning, after a night in the NAAFI, I needed to visit the latrines which were some 150 yards into the jungle from the tent site. It was monsoon time and we had recieved a lot of rainfall. Making my way in the dark in the general direction I suddenly plunged into a deep pool of water!. I had forgotten that slit trenches had been dug twixt tents and toilets and they had become full of water following the rains. I solved the problem of not having to go all the way to the latrines and had a 'bath' and a 'sober up' at the same time!!.
