Stonehenge lamb

It would appear from the lack of interest in the Stonehenge lamb that nobody is aware of the significance of it.I'l try to explain.Long, long ago,we are talking thousands of years here, before the plain was taken over by the army, sheep used to roam the plains in large groups. These sheep wern't like those of today, these were very intelligent and were organized and had leaders. The tog dog, or sheep was the high priest of the group and made the others worhip the one deity, which was the sun.Every day the sheep would give praise to the sun by walking in a circle and leaving large piles of droppings. When these droppings were large enough they would be grassed over, for future use. Then, one day a powerful welsh sheep,Shaun the powerful, arrived and decreed that instead of small groups, all the sheep should combine and worship as one at the chosen place. This to be on the plain and would have the welsh name STO--NEH--ENGE,roughly translated 'sheeps place of worship'.so every day they gathered and circled the alter and soon the droppings built up to mammoth proportions and soon became unstable.so it was decreed that the wiltshire sheep would go to wales, get some stone, bring it back and build a circular wall to contain the droppings, which they did.By now though the wiltshires were getting fed up with the bossy welsh sheep and started a war which went for a long time, the droppings were used as ammunition which eventually depleted the hill, leaving only the stones, and killing thousands of sheep. In the mists of time this story has been lost but the tradition of walking around the stones has not only continued but has been passed down to humans and until this day if you drive past the 'ENGE' you will see thousands of humans processing around the stones like the sheep that went before. So when you se a sign about Stonehenge lamb raise your hat to their memory.
