No matter how the Tories screw up they still have their two main winning points. Boris Johnson and an opposition led by The Right Honourable Jeremy Corbyn 2 A Levels (Grade E). Churchill had a very privileged private education but known throughout as a 'poor performer' and left school with nothing. Didn't seem to have done him any harm. John Major left school with just three O levels so by your nutty obsession, less than Jeremy Corbyn. Oh dear. There are many other examples but outside of politics, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates and Richard Branson each left school with zero qualifications......then went on to become multi billionaires. To be fair to Farage he has played a blinder on that score and sucked up a lot of votes from the Tories so they now think (or at least the nutty ones do) that by going all Alt Right hard Brexit they will win those voters back and clearly a good percentage of the public are falling for it but not enough. They lost too many moderate Tory voters and of course Tory remain voters. The way things are currently nobody will ever get an outright majority and win an election. For now at least there is really no point in having one, the remain Parties are already effectively in power. Its a s**t way to be though. Ah well at least you have shown how an election will not be like a second referendum as there are too many remain parties to split the vote. There will still be no overall majority numbnuts and of course the BP will probably take back votes from the Tories if Boris fails to deliver Brexit on the 31st of October. If he does deliver it by crashing us out with no deal and its chaos that will also lose him votes and could put in a Corbyn coalition. Nobody is going to win an overall majority now no matter what happens. We are Fcuked now. Correction ;-) ........You mean you hope there will be chaos.......If not you Losers are going to look like even bigger Chumps than you do now >:-) ........... The leaked yellow hammer documents have painted a pretty grim picture and I suspect the Tories will just spaff as much money as possible to paper over the cracks so when its not quite as bad as their own predictions said it would be they can claim the silly remainers were wrong but it will still be a death of a thousand cuts. To be fair to Farage he has played a blinder on that score and sucked up a lot of votes from the Tories so they now think (or at least the nutty ones do) that by going all Alt Right hard Brexit they will win those voters back and clearly a good percentage of the public are falling for it but not enough. They lost too many moderate Tory voters and of course Tory remain voters. The way things are currently nobody will ever get an outright majority and win an election. For now at least there is really no point in having one, the remain Parties are already effectively in power. Its a s**t way to be though. Paul- Posted September 18, 2019 Share Posted September 18, 2019 Its certainly sorting out the politicians who are in it for themselves rather than for those they represent, as for labour they don't want an election as they know they wont get any votes until they change their leader and now the vast majority of the MPs. The Tories may be wrong in many ways but the present lot are respecting the view of majority of the UK, like it or not I think they should be respected for it, and I never thought I'd say that about the blue party *-) Remain means stay as we are and respect the EU's way.
