Why not get the details of the change in the law that they are citing and see for yourself what it actually says? Then, if you don't like Comfort's/Aviva's price, see if anyone else has a better offer. That price appears to be designed to discourage travel to Morocco. But, that legal change may also extend to other countries, which would be worth publicising. My assumption would be Aviva has applied those costs because their perception of the travel risks in Morocco has changed for the worse. So, possibly something to take note of?
