stumpy60
Hi All, I have a 2014 Ducato 150,was driving the other day and switched the cruise control on.The cruise control light came on and so did the warning light for water in the fuel filter.Turned off the cruise control and both went out.Tried again and the same result. The van is running fine,no smoke of any colour,no unusual sounds or judders etc. Any thoughts, I think it is more likely to be a e.m.u. fault. Thanks (!) euroserv
Not seen that one before. If the vehicle is still under warranty you should get it looked at by a dealer. If you don't and it develops into something more troublesome when you have no cover left, you won't get any help. This also helps the dealers report faults back to the manufacturer; without which; no progress is made on later vehicles.
Keithl
No, it is not your e. m. u. It is your instrument cluster which has failed. It seems to be a common fault with Sevel vehicles. http://forums.outandaboutlive.co.uk/forums/Motorhomes/Motorhome-Matters/Autotrail-Apache700-Dim-Warning-Light-Problem/45806/ Keith. Edit. crossed posts with Nick, let's see who's right :D
euroserv
I said i have not seen it before, and i have not. I said to get it checked if it's still under warranty. That can't be wrong advice either.
Keithl
Sorry Nick but I did not mean to say that one of us was 'wrong'. I just added a quick comment and hoped you'd understand it was kind of in jest by adding the smiley :-( Keith.
Colin Leake
Yes it is a common fault. Had a new instrument cluster fitted by a Peugeot dealer under warrenty. Quick easy no hassle fix. Service manager told me they had done many of them mainly on vans.
