gp1
Hello its a swift freestyle 2004 think there is a flyscreen door inside and its a three position handle. Tried wd40 on key but think i rotated it the wrong way to far.
mjay
We had this problem on a Bailey Approach. If you take the trim off the inside of the door there's a linkage from top to bottom. Turns out a spring had unsprung so hooked it back on. Hey Presto.
gp1
Yes that sounds like something i could have a look at. But think it might be the key barrel itself. The locks do seem to be needing some attention on this van. Thanks anyway. On second thoughts those double spring things might be making the barrel behave the way it is so yes its worth a look. Is that a major job? Think there is an inner door in there somewhere - if not its a very starngely designed door.
