Leeds Tyke Posted April 17, 2006 Share Posted April 17, 2006 We have a problem with creaking chip board floors on our Park Home which is a Dolben Lodge from Tngdene now 18 months old. They refuse to do anything about it because it is now over 12 months old. Has anyone else got a simular problem? We are thinking of sueing. Guest aggie Posted July 7, 2006 Share Posted July 7, 2006 Hi, I had the same trouble and Homeseeker came out and tightened the nuts on the chassie where the floor was creaking which cured the problem. But more creaks keep appearing so I have to get under the house with a spanner, you will never eradicate all the creaks which come and go according to the weather.
