We own a mobile home on a holiday site and have a regular holiday agreement, which stipulates 10 month occupancy. The site is closed for caravan rentals during December and January but up until now we have been allowed to use our home during that period. Does this ruling mean that we can stay in our mobile home at any time during the year providing it's not for more than ten months, or does it mean we are not allowed to use it during December and January? We love to spend Christmas there and I ask this because the site has just changed hands. I'd like to be sure of where I stand before speaking to the new site owners!
