Guest chris and val Posted February 1, 2005 Share Posted February 1, 2005 hi can someone help us we looked into buying a new park home,and were very pleased with the price, we exspected to pay for transport and site fees but not the 70,000+ I must say that even after this shock it has not put us of we have decided to buy a used one for about the same money> We are a little worried that somethig will come and bite us in the bum we realize that there will be legal& survey fees would we be right in thinking this HERES HOPEING FOR GOOD NEWS chris & val Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
