"Dead man walking"

Just been watching fatso squirm on PMQ's getting shredded and shot down in flames by Sir Keir.

Johnsons stuttering, flailing around, stammering gibberish, was seriously embarrassing and to claim he thought he was at a "works event" just showed his utter contempt and total disconnect with the public. He's never done a days work in his life so how would he know what a "work event" is?

Senior Tories, the few decent ones left with morals and a backbone, are calling for his resignation and said he's "a dead man walking".

The clown act is over. He's finished and needs to be kicked out if he won't resign.

As a reminder, this was the powers given to police which Johnson believed didn't apply to him.

And on one of the days Johnson and his cronies partied "making the most of this lovely weather", three people were prosecuted and fined.

Ami Goto, a 23-year-old from West London, was last week fined £1,100 plus court costs. Ebru Sen, 26, of Sittingbourne, Kent, was also fined for being at the same gathering.

21-year-old Carlos Falco was found to have taken part in an illegal gathering in his flat on an exclusive Victorian square in Chelsea.

Falco received a £200 fine after the magistrate was satisfied he had genuinely tried to pay a fixed penalty notice of the same amount that police had handed to him.

In a third case, Emilia Petruta-Cristea, 24, of Wanstead, East London, was also fined £1,100 for being part of an illegal gathering at her own home.

I find the testimonies of those who lost loved ones and unable to be by their side during their final moments absolutely heart wrenching. They followed the rules and abided by the law.

This is the young lady Sir Keir mentioned at PMQ's, one of five bereaved family members invited to meet Johnson who told her he had "done everything he could, that he had followed the rules and followed the science." Hannahs dad died on May 16th and his death certificate signed four days later on the 20th......the same day Johnson was partying with his chums.

It's also very telling that some staff who received party invitations didn't go and in fact many even questioned it knowing full well it was illegal.

Not surprising nobody will do a proper trade deal with him.

Even when he gets his £billion yacht to sign it in.

Yeah it was golden watching him get shredded. He only made it worse for himself lying that he thought it was a work event insulting the entire nation as Kier rightly pointed out to him.

He wont resign though thats for sure. Like Trump he will have to be dragged out.

Looks like he's gone into hiding again. He was due to go and disrupt yet another vaccination centre today, but has called it off.

The ' official ' reason is that " a member of his family has tested positive " - so he is keeping out of the way ( of anyone who is likely to ask him questions ).

We don't know if any of this is true of course - but maybe the ' family member ' is an uncle living in Australia ?

:-D

Maybe he's schooling Sue Gray tasked with investigating Johnsons parties.....oops, "works events". She is supposed to be independent but Johnson is effectively her boss and given that Gove gagged her from giving evidence over the Greensill scandal, I have my doubts.

Johnson will be going all out on maximising damage limitation and lying is his specialty.
