nightrider Posted August 23, 2009 Share Posted August 23, 2009 My wife thinks I am wonderful, apart from all the places of interest up and down the country that I take her to, there are all the local places of interest, for example this week alone I took her for lunch in the WRVS canteen at the North Manchester General Hospital after I had seen my medical man, on tuesday it was a conducted tour round the local recycling plant where I dumped a load of stuff, wednesday was a trip to Bright Street scrap metal yard where she was enthralled by all the big machines and the car crusher and yesterday I took her to the wholesalers in Colne where I buy most of my gear, she said to me, darling, my cup overfloweth with all these treats that you surprise me with. Er - not quite Malc as I never claimed to be wonderful - I'm far too modest - I only get told it by my lovely lady wife whose love for me makes her kinda biased - and my love for her makes me too bashful to deny it!
