"A furious Keir Starmer is said to have confronted Boris Johnson and 'ranted' at him after a brutal PMQs spat

Labour leader was infuriated when the premier pointed out he wanted to stay in European Medicines Agency"

Surely a Lefty Lawyer should know one needs a good memory to be a good LIAR ;-) ...........

"Comments from Sir Keir contained in Hansard, the official record of Parliament, in January 2017 show him questioning why the UK would want to leave the body and that it should be something retained as part of the Brexit process."

Did you watch the full session? I guess not, Boris was desperately trying to deflect from the questions asked, so out of the blue he brought this up, shows just how desperate he. In fact during the full session he was thoroughly rinsed not just by Starmer, but also the SNP for his visit to a CV-19 infected facility.

The way we handled vaccine worked out very well and Boris deserves praise for that.

Aside from that he was desperately trying to wriggle out of a tight spot, I wouldn't have bothered posting about it, but now you've brought it up you are just highlighting the fact that when asked direct questions he diverts, even the speaker in effect told Tory MP's to shut their gobs as that argument is long gone.

So is that you saying you are pleased we are no longer part of the EMA and therefore the EU? ;-) ........

BTW........It seems to me the LOSER brigade should shut their gobs as that argument is also long gone :D ......

Pelmet cannot cope with anything longer than a sentence off Twitter or an edited clip that suits his narrative. As usual Johnson was going off on wild tangents (until the Speaker rebuked him), blustering, stuttering, and frantically looking around for help from his yah-boo cronies to shout Starmer down, but of course they were not there.

So do YOU still wish we were part of the EMA? ;-) .....................

Why is this so important for you? The EMA was based in London, and if we were were still a member we could have opted in to using their purchasing scheme, opted out in favour of using our own (as we did while still in transition and so subject to EU regulations), or presumably done both.

No-one, not even mother duck, can say what the outcomes might have been under different circumstances. Quack, quack. :-D

Exactly. What difference would it have made if we were part of the EMA? What if things had worked out differently. We could have still gone our own way. I believe Hungary is getting its vaccine on its own from Russia.

We have done well on the Vaccine but only because the government have had very little to do with it. Produced by our wonderful scientists and rolled out by the NHS. See what can happen when its not handled by Johnson and his team and gifted to his unqualified private sector Spivs. Track and Trace anyone? Smart phone apps? PPE?

You seem obsessed with whining on about the EU, why? that's over and done with. All you have done is point out that when we where still following EU rules we pulled a blinder and are now into mass vaccinations.

Pelmet doesn't want to hear that though as it doesn't fit his Brexiteer narrative of spreading falsehoods.

Dr June Raine(Boss, MHRA) - “We’ve been able to authorise supply of this vaccine using provisions under European law which exist until January 1st.”

Johnson is Prime Minister and the Tories are in government so it's only right and proper they are held to account for their actions and kept under close scrutiny. As for lies....are you having a laugh? Johnson is a pathological liar, like you he tells that many they trip off his tongue with such ease and half the time he probably doesn't know he's lying.
