Or maybe they just couldnt face seeing how they won. I thought Arron Banks character was hilarious and this might come as a surprise but if I was at that posh party at that mansion I would have probably been boozing with him and Farage. Either that, or James Graham (the writer of the play) has been earflopping this forum! :-D It was very instructive on how one highly motivated, highly intelligent, well resourced, highly articulate (albeit slightly Autistic), individual can turn an open vote in his favour by appealing to emotion over truth and reason. By some very clever people brought in by an equally clever Dominic Cummings, AggregateIQ who Facebook suspended after it was discovered it may have improperly obtained user data when it was linked to Cambridge analytica. Their targeting and data mining of a specific sector of people, generally about 34% of the electorate who may be swayed either way was incredibly clever but probably illegal. Being into all that I found it fascinating. "Vote Leave" became the official campaign organisation and gave the impression they were doing it all by the book but clearly were not and Leave.Eu were the yobbos of Brexit with their in your face Racist posters and downright open lies about Turkey etc with showman Farage and Banks with his dodgy money. Both did their damage in different ways just one had more finesse. The remain campaign should learn some lessons from them as I doubt round two will be any less underhand. If you werent in that 34% target you were unlikely to have seen any of the guff that they targeted you with as you were either already a dead cert or dead against. I never got any of it.
