J9withdogs
Not quite sure what possessed me to cook a 16lb turkey on a hot day in April! It's been lurking in the bottom of my freezer since I got it half-price on Christmas eve, and with son returning from his travels tomorrow, I thought I'd whack it in the oven. (hope he's hungry!) It's now sitting on the worktop daring me to do something clever with it, other than let it cool and bung it back in the freezer. *-)

J9withdogs
Wow, Michele, that sounds absolutely scrumptious - will try it tomorrow, cooking everything else first & chucking turkey in with the sour cream (as it's cooked already)
