I read "as long as they have had two jabs", which excludes most of you.

Without forgetting that "cypriot officials still ironing out details of how Britons can prove they've had jab" ...

Unless those like pelmet will be accepted in the Turkish part of Cyprus ...

Italy, Germany, Spain, France all now have changed policy to follow UK with one Jab for as many as possible before following on with second jab. So all in one boat except UK miles ahead.

Pelmet never reads links, not even his own as you noticed. That he keeps posting threads about this is also a sign of his desperation to get back to Spain where he thinks he's going to spend winter months like he used to.

Changed policy.......from what?

Yes 'miles ahead' with a horrendous cost of 140,062 lives and rising. :-(

I'm not used to discuss what's going on abroad.

In Italy it is only one of the possibilities that are being evaluated.

Being something critical and not being used to deciding in a populist way if it will be undertaken, it will be in front of sure data and not on impulse and to favor positive polls.

What I know (and what I read) is that for now we have stopped a shipment of Astra Zeneca vaccines to Australia as the company does not respect supply agreements.

France and Germany have both recommended AZ for over 65's, and Germany (not sure about France) are now saying they will follow UK's lead and leave 12 weeks between doses.

Both the EU and individual governments have messed up big time on CV-19 vaccines.

With that vaccine we vaccinate only those under 55.

As recommended.

I have passed that age since a while and I am entitled to something certain and not developed in some basement of some university.

By the way, you who keep babbling bad words towards those who studied at the university, how can you trust them ?

Maybe because you read some headline in the Daily Mail ?

Ok, you're clever.

You may well be angry over the EU's incompetent handling of CV-19 vaccines, but posting crap won't help.

p.s. 40% of UK population have now had a jab which gives 80% protection, and these are the most vulnerable to severe illness.

If you are suggesting they are collectively responsible then you would be responsible for Brexit.

There is a bit of a vaccine shortage here. On the 9th April I got a email cancelling all my vaccinator shifts for the rest of the month, today I got another email saying that "We have been assured that the requirement for vaccinators will increase from the 17th of May at most sites so we need to keep everyone engaged.".

The online app I log my availability is showing no requirements at the three local sites for all of May. So in total that will be six weeks with centres operating for just two days a week. All due to "reduced vaccine supply". And as 63% of the world's vaccines are made in India the latest news from there may mean this is a longterm problem.
