People are easily taken in by what's on Twitter - if it suits there own views. I've watched this clip a couple of times and find it hard to see anyone who is "chanting " - most seem to be chatting to each other. A remote town in Siberia has been invaded by polar bears....loads of 'em, all foraging for any scraps of food they can find, even getting inside folks houses.
