Have you not heard? Parasiteman is hosting the next Tory party conference in his garage and he has had to fill it with the leadership contenders drugs of choice.

Apparently Liam Fox has been told to prioritise a trade deal with Columbia.

I don't need to disprove that hard work = a comfortable life ..........

All you're trying to prove is that the idle are entitled to the same life as me ........

But as is clear from your many years spent on here, and the many details that you have posted over those years, your current "comfortable life", has only come about due to the patience and generosity of both your wife and of her parents..

(i.e. Living in Father-in-law's motorhome / Wife's state pension / Mother-in-law's driveway to live on (and now rental income form Mother-in-law's bungalow?....)

..and for you to keep trying to claim that it is all down to you, is not only a nonsense but a great disservice to your wife and her family..

(and I doubt for one minute that your wife's Father could've dreamt that ,3 decades later, his daughter's husband would have her living full-time in the motorhome he had given them...!)

Pelmetman? Parasiteman would be far more accurate

But you didn't as even you have pointed out, your full time business didn't provide many full time jobs and closed after you sold the company's Transit for £2,000 to buy your yacht. Your "wealth" is based on the luck of raising property prices, not through any entrepreneurial spirit.

Whereas my business directly employs fourteen staff and has a further fifty two worker's employed by others in our premises, when I leave at the end of September those businesses will continue. In consequence the contribution the EU grant made to developing the business has been repaid many times over - that's how economies grow.

You've just said you invested £40,000 - you think the tradesmen dined out for months on your generosity?

Our site has had £4 million invested in it - that's how you turn around economies not by making a couple of curtains with three part time staff working for you.

Just saying.

Actually I quite like the shed. I Wanna know what that door is for at the top though. Is it some kind of Giant Cuckoo clock? I think that would be a bit too European for Dave though. Maybe its an escape hatch for the pole dancers. He doesn't like "Poles" very much though really.

So in the course of this one thread you've gone from self made millionaire living the life of luxury provided by your own hard labour, to someone who got lucky with a house purchase and is happy to settle for living out his days in his thirty year old award winning van.

Interesting to note that you share a lot with that other failed property developer - Trump. Both living in a world of fantasy pretending to be the great "I am" whilst all the time being torn apart by that feeling of under achievement leading to low self esteem and looking for someone to blame - refugees and the poor do make such a easy targets in such circumstances.

You seem a little obsessed by what my companies / do / make? So much that I think I'll keep you guessing!

The ironic thing is that I've already told you but because you never read things properly, just jump to a conclusion - normally the wrong one, you've obviously overlooked it.

That shed ............helped enable me to semi retire at 46 ..........

Amazing........you knock up an old wood shed for "£40 grand" (what wood were you using.....ebony?), which in your opinion then "increased the property value by £80 grand", which enabled you to "semi retire at 46".

If that story had an ounce of credibility within it.......then everyone would be erecting "£40 grand sheds" to retire at 46.

I made my money through hard graft.......not by sponging 1000's of the UK taxpayer ........

Rubbish......you've flitted from one job to another and openly boasted about living off benefits you said you "didn't really need".

BTW I've only owned detached houses since 1996 .........

Sheds and old campervans don't count as 'a house'.

I suppose I went semi retired at 43. Not by some choice or because I had been so successful I could afford to knock it all on the head though (I had saved a few quid). It was because of the financial crash. By 2010 all the lucrative consultancy work I had and the nationwide specialist IT work we had just all went tits up. My turnover dropped over 90% in two years. So in 2009 I got a motorhome and buggered off for nearly ten years doing bits of work when and as I could on my return or while away. That kind of worked. Gone are the flashy cars, boats and luxurious villa holidays but since Brexit gone has pretty much the rest of the work. This year has been the worse ever.

Being disabled hasnt helped which has got worse but feck it. I dont regret it but Im now doing the sums and wondering how long I / we might live because post Brexit I reckon the "Austerity years" will seem like the boom times and here is the thing. Those that are smug now and think Im alright jack, should not be so cock sure unless you have a sh1t load of money in the bank or considerable assets your going to be stuffed when this sh1t storm kicks in as a few years from now there will be no hand outs probably, less work, pension age will probably be a hundred and probably no NHS.
