DESCO Posted June 25, 2009 Share Posted June 25, 2009 Seen on another forum by O/H. A lady having a bad day backed into the front of her house. On taking the car to garage to find out about cost of repair, the garage said there would be no charge, due to the fact that she had taken the car in the week before to have broken fan replaced and the replacement had manufacturing fault. It turned out that there was a fault with the fans and it took 3 attempts before a good one was found. So as compensation they would repair the bump for free. Thats what I call service.
