chatterdog
If anyone replies with the above information, it would give enough personal information for opening a couple of credit card type accounts and who do you think would get the bill. If you google msn/microsoft lottery it will show you how many of these type of things are about. My mum got one for the spannish lottery the other week
kelly58
Thats a bit low my win was for £1,000,000 but could not be bothered to collect it still its only money (monopoly money me thinks )
J9withdogs
I won a million too. Also started getting the African emails again asking me to 'look after' £750,000. I often wonder what would happen if I opened up a bank account specifically for this one money transfer. Probably get the Money Laundering Police after me *-)

ROON
Hi Michele, why tell you how much you have won, then in the questions asked, ask you How much have you won? They've just told you havn't they!!! 8-) Why doesn't someone catch up with these scammers and do something - they obviously leave quite a big trail... I had a phone call last week from a well spoken woman telling me I had entered a competition (which I do loads of so I didn't think anything of it), and asking for my partner's name. I said I don't have one and she put the phone down. It has got me a bit worried. :-( Anyway I won't be here cos I'm going off to spend Janine's millions with her, if she'll have me. maggyd
Gosh that's frightening isn't it :-S is it worth while reporting these people ? or is it just a case of excepting it as just another scam!! some poor soul is going to get sucked in to this and get badly burned. >:-( Its a shame but its a case of IF IT SEEMS TO BE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE it probably is. I wouldn't worry too much, Joy. There are things like time-share sales that require you to be a couple before they will even talk to you. They seem to work on the premise that if there are two of you, one of you might be persuaded to part with the cash! I did used to wonder whether it was the DSS checking up that I was indeed a single mum. I'm drawing up a list for us, Joy - do you fancy Monte Carlo or Dubai for one of the holiday homes?
