Lets be fair socialism is struggling in many places in Europe ... I hope old FlacidPart is right and The Momentum Party vote in Lenny Henry and Rustie Lee as leader and deputy , they'd be super popular in that London of course but Londons lost it anyway

An interesting clip. A lot of good theory there. Trouble is even with social media education people will still look for only the stuff that supports their views. They want to believe the lies. The only way to convince people now I think that they have been manipulated is for them to find out the hard way.

But will they?

Even when you show incontrovertible proof of BoJo's lies and manipulation all you get is 'Corbyn would have been worse.

JC is spending Christmas volunteering at a homeless shelter, whilst BoJo is spending it on a private island with £billionaires, and still JC is 'Nasty Grandpa' :-S

Can you ever get through to someone so brainwashed :-S

Ho Ho Ho! Good one except I dont have a job, mortgage or a s**t load of debt to worry about and I never voted Tory or for Brexit not least because I looked beyond all the bulls**t and lies. I was a Tory voter before all this though remember. The entire last four years has been one huge manipulation and pulled off exceptionally by Johnson, his cronies and the very powerful media. How else can you explain working class people voting for a party that has always rubbed their nose in it and a Brexit which will make them all poorer?

For someone who reckons they will not be adversely affected, you don't half go on and on and on and on and on and on about it. *-)

I Dont really. Have you not noticed? I chip in now and again when something raises an eyebrow as its still interesting or someone spouts a load of nonsense but when was the last time you saw me start a political thread unless it was to take the piss with a joke or something? It will effect me as it will effect all of us, it already has effected all of us with rising prices, poorer exchange rates etc but my guess is it will effect me far less than it will ironically the majority of people who voted for Brexit and the Tories. Life will just go on as normal here. Im not so sure some of the already run down areas that voted for Brexit and now the Tories will fair the same when it all goes tits up.

You seem incapable of understanding that some people are not only out for themselves, but have concerns for others.

Personally I have profited from the fall in the pound since BoJo 'won' the election, and stand to gain from YOUR English taxpayer's money he will continue to shower on Scotland (like Wales and Northern Ireland) to stop us voting for independence from him.

But my conscience did not allow me to vote for him.

"The change is seen as key to Prme Minister Boris Johnson's plans to invest tens of billions of pounds in communities which backed the Tories for the first time at the election."

Seems to me Boris knows who to repay for their trust B-) ...........

Perhaps thats because you believe a BoJo promise in the Daily Mail *-)

.. and choose to ignore the ONS figures of spending per head like everything else that doesn't support your conclusion.

You started a thread claiming voting for BoJo made financial sense, and started quoting the exchange rate.

Until the pound fell. *-)

Then you change the subject to your obsession with other people's toilet habits.

Is this the nearest you will get to an admission you were wrong :-S
