Vic Posted May 11, 2007 Share Posted May 11, 2007 Breakfast depends on where you are. In Germany it should be fresh brotchen mit kase und wurst. In France, perhaps Croissants. In Italy, perhaps cold meat and cheese with bread. Only in UK, it appears that ceral is eaten. Certainly the UK 'full fry' doesn't appear in Europe. Might I suggest that the 'breaking of your fast' will depend on the plans you have for your day. If you are planning an energetic day with lots of walking, sightseeing etc, it may be prudent to have a large breakfast, thereby negating the need to stop and have an expensive lunch somewhere.
