teflon2 Posted September 8, 2019 Share Posted September 8, 2019 It seems that if Boris refuses to appoint a commissioner while we are still members of the EU it will render the commission illegal thus the EU. as the law requires that 28 commissioners must be appointed one for each country or it will be no longer "legally constituted".
