Me and my wife are shortly going to the US, both to New Engalnd, and then California. We intend to buy an RV, either an A class, or a fifth wheeler, use it there for a while, maybe up to a year, then ship it back to the UK. Does anyone have useful tips, or information,on how to do this properly. I have read "our American dream", and there was useful info in there. Any more would be appreciated. Craig. A friend of our neighbours did this and the van was shipped here only to be held at Southampton docks by the customs because it was too wide for the roads here.
