Irelands Invisible border

People take the Pish out of Diane Abbot but she is positively Einstein compared to this silly Mare. Thick as mince. Isnt she in the running for PM? Jeeesaz! 8-)

She talks about the need for honesty moving forward then just goes on to spout and absolute load of whoppers. I thought the main reason for the backstop was to avoid a hard border until they come up with a technical solution to solve it. If she has one and the technology exists and it can be implemented in just a few weeks then why were the Brexiteers so worried about the backstop?

If the technology exists then why has there not been a load of technology firms beating a path to Number 10 with the solution? Why is there no other single border anywhere in the world where there is no customs union or single market without a hard border?

McVey, one of the gang who fances their chances of becoming PM, now reckons "we can do an invisible border in Ireland...". :-S

Typical Brexiter....she hasn't thought this through.

Of all the candidates the 2 most obnoxious and corrupt are McVey and Johnson....mind you if either beome leader the moderate Tories will help by siding with the other parties to bring them down with a vote of 'no confidence' and there will be a general election. It was reassuring to see the percentages from yesterday. Brexit 35% Remain 40% and that is despite the pro Brexit lying media who thought they had managed to con all the people but they failed there are still 40% of the population who will not be conned. As Caroline Lucas told the Guardian newspaper when For-rage tried to lie about the result

" I think the Brexit party got about 35% of the vote and the strongly remain parties got about 40% of the vote. So either way you look at it, the Brexit party has got nothing like the 17 million they had before. The point is let’s just try and rule out the kind of terrifying vision for this country of no deal, that literally should go". Honour and truth will prevail and depite their most strident attempts to subvert our democracy For-rage will fail.

Leadsom will declare McVey unfit to run for position of PM as her womb hasn't functioned! They all eventually turn in on one another so it will be interesting to see who sucks up to who and where the knives go which are already being sharpened. As for Johnson, everyone knows he's an absolute idiot and loose cannon, yet still want to promote him to ringmaster of the circus of clowns. Boris must have come from a recessive gene or something as both his brother Jo, also a Tory MP, and sister Rachel have always come across to me as pretty level headed and sensible.

Justine Greening wrote an excellent article in the Guardian on Saturday about her party "engaging in a debate with itself about what type of electoral cyanide to take."
