donna miller Posted August 25, 2008 Author Share Posted August 25, 2008 Thanks for asking Rich, I had a deviated septum, I broke my nose as a kid and it wasn't re-set properly. I was having trouble with permanent congestion, headaches and breathing probs, so they gave me septoplasty and something else (forget the name) so fingers crossed it will make things more comfortable in the next few weeks. Still a bit sore, but luckily had no bruising whatsoever. Just got to be carefull I dont give it a bang. The absolute worst bit is having to snort a mug full of a salt and bicarb solution up my nose twice a day, you do not want to know what comes out 8-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
