These allegations were made back in 1995 with zero proof or evidence which the Sunday Times foolishly published. Foot sued them and won substantial damages but as he's now dead, the Labour haters have once again scraped the barrel by trying a cheap shot. Funny that they weren't so vocal when Anthony Blunt was exposed as a traitor who'd been passing information to Russia for years as a member of the Cambridge Five spy ring....granted immunity from prosecution after confessing and allowed to continue working for the Queen until his death. When someone with the history of defending what he defends on here starts defending again and throwing insults straight off like desperate dirt diggers in the opening line you have to wonder ... It is the unfortunate nature of modern mankind to be unable to make a point without using deragatory terminology against anyone who dares to disagree and it usually denotes an inadequate use of vocabulary or an inadequate education, or both! Defending again It's impossible to defend the activities of Anthony Blunt due to the substantial evidence against him. If those making spurious allegations about Foot believe they have evidence, then let's see them put it before a court of law so his family can sue them.
