The Mail ran a poll on Johnson vs Starmer and Johnsons face says it all as he's gone off into a sulk after reading;

62% think he's not done well over Covid

68% don't trust him in helping the poorest

Lots more, just click on the poll to enlarge but Johnson is finished.

Blimey and these are Tory red wall seats? Jeesaz!!

Mind you I am concerned for the 34% who actually said Johnson is doing well. The NHS is struggling but they should find time to help these people as they are seriously suffering mental health issues.

Interesting that Sunak is a country mile ahead as the favoured replacement yet as said on another thread the Tory supporting media is forever promoting Lis Truss. If she ends up in number 10 instead of Rishi then it will be totally clear who is running the country, media moguls. Its like being in the series Succession FFS! 8-)

Yes but how long can that last?

He has been putting borrowed money in people's pockets - Eat Out To Spread It Around - Covid Loans to none existent businesses etc.

No wonder he's popular with people who have no conception of the size of the debt, and the damage done to industry from Brexit.

He is still borrowing money to compensate them.

But what when it has to be paid for?

...and the wealthy are out of EU reach in Her Majesty's Tax Havens due to Brexit >:-(

It will be a tough one for the Gammons though to get their heads around? Either a dippy blond "woman" or an Asian to replace Johnson. Oh dear. (lol)

But it won't really be decided by the gammons, that these leaks are now coming out now demonstrate that she isn't the choice of those at 55 Tufton Street

As far as I can see the media owners don't need Johnson any more now they have got their Brexit to keep any EU tax treaty out of Her Majesty's Tax Havens.

So the little people will get a tax hike instead.

...presented as a Social Care Levy *-)

Johnsons atrocious handling of the pandemic and dishing out millions in tax payers money to his Chumocracy has been his downfall, helped by Peppa pig, Papergate, lockdown partying and the corruption of lobbying which Johnson made even worse by attempting to block the parliamentary standards watchdog from investigating.

The sooner we have this bunch of criminals out of Westminster, the better.

The Tufton Street, Koch brothers,Murdoch interference in democracies worldwide is quite shocking. Their involvement through things like the Taxpayer Alliance (two fellas in a limited company), the Institute of Economic Affairs (another company which refuses to disclose its funding) and the exposure provided by the BBC to their ideas without challenge can be traced from the PR referendum (also led by Dominic Cummings), Brexit and the ERGs / UKIP takeover of the old Tory party.

Same group behind Trump's takeover of the Republican party.

I'm glad people are finally catching on. Hope it is not too late?
