Birds of a feather .... ;-) She also mentioned that national governments rather than EU institutions are chiefly responsible for fighting corruption. Her words turned out to be prophetic in the corruption this country saw as a result of data harvesting via Cambridge Analytica and SCL to subvert democracy, not to mention the Arron Banks affair which is still under criminal investigation by the NCA. The latter which May blocked security services from investigating two years prior and still refuses to state her reasons why. And that's only two examples.
