Naming Sir Phillip Green in Parliament

Yesterday Lord Hain.a Labour Peer and former Cabinet Minister, named Phillip Green as the businessman which the Telegraph has been investigating for using NDAs to silence and pay off complainers within his business, including complainers about his personal conduct, including accusations or sexual harrassment and racial abuse.  Lord Hain overrode the decision of three Appeal Court Judges who had issued an injunction banning naming him.  The injunction was temporary, pending a full hearing of the issues but Lord Hain felt, on the basis of an appraoch by one person, not necessarily one of the complainants, that the public interest called for immediate naming - and thereby effectively shaming Sir Phillip and damaging his business interests.  Today there are calls  for his knighthood to be revoked.

I am no fan of Sir Phillip Green but it seems to me to be an abuse of Parliamentary Priviledge to use it in this way.  Judges who had heard the evidence made a decision to impose a temporary injunction which parlimentarians should be obliged to respect.
