Hopesy
Or words very similar, we were on Bracelands site for the bank holiday weekend £15 a night for a small pitch of a sloping field with no HU. It was fully booked so the 6m rule was convieniently dropped to 3m, but we were stuffed for other sites as we went with friends who camp and don't belong to CCC and we left it late so beggars can't be chosers , but i digress, on packing up we helped them pack up the tent and were packing the van in between doing other stuff. My wife asked me to drop the van off the levelling ramps so i jumped in and rolled it off and came to halt which is when i hear the bottle of red (which hadn't been consumed for some reason) fall off the work top and smash on the floor covering the beige carpet. When we got home she put the carpet in the bath soaking them in cold water and lo and behold stain gone, marvellous.
davenewellhome
So the only actual problem was the loss of a bottle of red? I'd say you got off lightly there mate ;-) ;-) . D.
ROON
Apart from the slope, the cramped siting, the loss of wine, the stained carpet ....... did you have a good time? 8-) 8-)
Hopesy
lovely time thanks for asking, and dave it was a fine bottle of £4.95 special. Thank god it wasn't the gin next to it although that would't have stained 8-) *-)
Big Momma
Bet getting the stain out was a right 'tonic' though :D
