Typically the Blimp spends more time vilifying other countries....yet can't even get his own house in order. So to get perspective.......lets just have a look at the mess his country is in with horrendous homicide rates. And what is he doing about it? If serious about reducing criminality start looking at the root cause. Both New Orleans and Detroit have large areas of poverty and Louisiana is one of the poorest states. Rather than curing the cause by creating meaningful employment for the less well off, the Blimp gives 'em easy access to guns to carry on killing each other.
