You seem to be celebrating the fact we can spend 90 in any 180 day period in the Schengen area as whole and then have to leave. Currently we can move from country to country within the Schengen area for 90 days in each. That's quite a loss of freedom.

Actually that kinda depends on the country you are visiting ;-) ..........

Part 1: Staying or Moving to Europe the Easy Way

With so many visa rules, it’s easy to stay in Europe beyond 90 days as a tourist — you just need to mix up the countries you visit. The United Kingdom has its own rules that allow you to stay 180 days in a calendar year. Most non-Schengen countries such as Ukraine, Moldova, Croatia, Ireland, and some Balkan countries allow you to stay for up to 60 or 90 days. So all you need to do is spend 90 days in the Schengen Area, visit the UK, go to the Balkans, hang out in Ukraine, drink wine in Moldova, and have a pint in Ireland. If you align your schedule right, you can easily be out of the Schengen Area for 90 days and then head back into the Schengen Area.

"British tourists will be able to travel visa free in Europe this summer even if there is a no deal Brexit, EU leaders agreed today."

Wot No Visa? (lol) ...........

This is actually referred to as a "Schengen Visa", Dave.

All it means is that you don't heed an actual, separate, Visa attached to your passport. It just means that you get a Visa waiver that means your passport is stamped when you enter Schengen, and stamped again when you leave, and the number of days you have actually spent in Schengen will be calculated automatically and, if you have spent more than 90 days in your permitted 180 day period, you will be liable to at least a fine.

Not sure where the wrong experts come in. The only thing that has been clarified is that the UK, as a third country, will fall within the large group that doesn't require an actual printed Visa to take advantage of the Schengen Visa arrangement. Who said this wouldn't be the case couldn't have been any expert at all, as even I knew that much. All that was uncertain was whether we would fall into that group, which seemed most likely, or not.

Which you titled, as above, "Remoaner Experts prediction........WRONG AGAIN!......."

No prediction ("could" is not a prediction), no expert opinions. You're chasing shadows Dave. The string title is completely misleading. Why?
