Guest Tracker
Have a Google of this and see what you think? We tried some today from Tesco and at £2 for two decent size fillets it is not bad value and it tastes OK if a little bland. Some of the farming methods and pollution aspects are however not quite so savoury and we may well not try it again? What does the panel think? colin
Not tried it and the following link would put me off http://www.dietmindspirit.org/2008/01/30/why-you-shouldnt-eat-this-fish-pangas-pangasius-vietnamese-river-cobbler-white-catfish-gray-sole/ But saying that is it any worse than a lot of other food that comes in from asia? Mel B
I've had this fish a few times, it's a bit like plaice in taste and has the texture of cod/haddock. It is also a lovely pink colour when raw ... probably all the toxins in the water!!!! (lol)
