enodreven Posted November 18, 2007 Share Posted November 18, 2007 Hi, Does anyone know how to configure Outlook Express to save emails direct to a USB memory stick or does anyone know of a email program that can. I know I can copy them then delete the originals, but i would prefer to save them direct any help would be welcome only every time i have tried to set up the default directory to a USB memory stick or removable drive Outlook Express won't let me ??? Ralph Posted November 18, 2007 Share Posted November 18, 2007 I don't use Outlook Express, so no help there but I've just looked at Thunderbird (my choice of mail program) and it does allow you to select the folder for it's "local folder". By default this is in application data but it looks like it could be to a separate drive. Try downloading a copy, it's far better than Outlook Express anyway. Hope this helps.
