Early morning she's on the phone to President Juncker who told her specifically there would be, "no reopening of backstop or withdrawal agreements...it's not up for re-negotiation", so ends up telling parliament she's now going back to Brussels to renegotiate both and wants a mandate to remove what she'd previously advocated.
