Measure hinges on Britain offering a reciprocal agreement within two months

Seeing as May has already said EU citizens in the UK will maintain their current rights I cant see that being a problem :D ..........

Why should that annoy anyone? It seems a generous and helpful gesture, especially for those who have moved to Spain in retirement, and now have property that is worth, as a percentage of UK property prices, far less than when they bought - so would have been in deep trouble if forced to re-patriate. There must be many Brits living in Spain who will be extremely relieved by the decision. On the face of it, it is very good news.

Yes it's good to see law abiding citizens treated properly and well done Spanish government for telling UK it has to be reciprocal within two months otherwise they will withdraw it. Only a matter of time before they crack down on conniving hypocritical overstayers and kick 'em out. ;-)
