Oh dear, from the article:

"While the move will create no new jobs, the relocation of production will be viewed as a boost for Brexit Britain and proof companies won't relocate en masse to the continent now the UK is out of the single market."

"A small number of Dairy Milk bars will continue to be produced in Ireland, Germany, Hungary and Poland."

So basically its stating that the major market for Diary Bars is the UK and that Brexit makes it too difficult to import them here, probably due to non monetary tariffs and exposure to currency fluctuations. Oh and that no jobs are coming back - 200 were lost when they moved away. And they will no doubt avoid Corporation Tax still.

Oh and also from the article "While the news of investment in more production is a boost for the UK, it comes as manufacturing in Britain hit its slowest pace in three months in January due to the latest coronavirus lockdown.

The market was close to stalling due to the new restrictions, with a massive drop in the IHS Markit/CIPS manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index.

Rob Dobson, director at IHS Markit, said: “Whereas many countries are seeing manufacturers provide much-needed support to economic growth as the service sector is hit by Covid-19, the UK’s manufacturing sector has come close to stalling.”" Which kind of contradicts your argument that we are in a great place to bounce back from on the other thread.

But I can understand why, to someone who thinks that 112,000 avoidable deaths is a win, that this must be great news.

Feel free to keep giving us these great headlines which provide so much ammunition within the actual piece.
