Not only do they want to pay disabled people less than the minimum wage, this wealthy Tory toff (who votes against increasing it) actually ensures his workers are not even paid it. His attempt to excuse it doesn't make things any better either. He says they were employed as 'beaters' who flush animals out of their cover to be shot – and that it is traditional for them to receive a ‘modest sum’. *-) I've got a better idea.
