There is naturally a feeling of distaste about the effect of the judgement of the Court of Appeal. To allow her to enter the UK, even if that is limited to a period necessary for her to pursue an appeal against the removal of her citizenship, may mean that she will not be removable. Nevertheless, disgraceful, criminal and offensive as her actions were, she was born here and I don’t see why she should be another country’s problem.

Here’s a link to an academic discussion of the judgement and its consequences.

If she manages to return to the UK she will be forever considered a pariah, unwelcome, shunned and in disgrace. She has already suffered the loss of three babies. Thus far she appears to have suffered and likely to continue to suffer dire consequences for what she did as a teenager. What a miserable life she has made for herself.

Lordy ... She wont be "shunned and in disgrace" in her own community unless your a drip that thinks otherwise ... Couldn't give a fudge about her losing 3 or 3000 babies either ... Our resident squad members said that Brexit voters should own the misery it causes, many Brexit voters were in their teens when they voted for it, maybe on the back of that Shamima should own her initial choice
