Looks to me like a deliberate ploy by the Lukashenko regime to destabilise the EU and cause friction between an already nationalist Poland and the EU. That bloke is a nutter and a threat to Europe. Mind you they probably think that about Johnson and certainly will if he remains in power much longer.

Yet again the experts disagree with you,

"The actions of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko are a deliberate plan to destabilise Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and ultimately the whole European Union, Poland's spokesman for the special services coordinator, has said.

Poland and other countries bordering Belarus have been tackling a migration crisis they blame on Minsk deliberately luring Middle Eastern, African and Asian migrants to Belarus's borders with EU states with a promise of onwards travel to the EU.

Areas adjacent to Poland's border with Belarus have been under a state of emergency since September 2."

Who is the expert your claiming to quote and what qualifications does he/she have in such matters to make them an expert as you claim???

The Bible asks "who is to blame???" ... https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/nov/09/poland-warns-of-armed-attempts-on-its-border-as-germany-urges-eu-to-act ... Themselves

Themselves?

Alexander Lukashenko needs dealing with IMO. He and Putin are essentially people traffickers.

Ahhhhh ... So Lukashenko and Putin made all these young males ditch their families ... Cool

Interesting to hear from an official on the spot on the Polish border last night, who said that the immigrants are roughly 50 % men, and the rest a mixture of women and children.

From your latest Daily Wail link "Video captured by Polish guards showed people, including women and children, lined up along a border fence on the Belarusian side before the sound of a soldier cocking and firing his rifle is heard. "

So do you now accept that there are women and children present?

Sounds about right. I think the official statistics for refugees / migrants arriving in Europe are similar over the past few years. We see so many young males taking their chances across the channel mainly because its so flaming dangerous.

The report I read earlier (cant remember where) stated most will head to Germany if they get into Poland. If any do filter through to us they will probably be mainly young Males for the reason stated above. Its also long been known that men will often travel alone on a very dangerous journey to claim Asylum in whatever country they feel they have the best chance and then once established claim asylum for their family.

Lukashenko is not known as "Europes last dictator" for no reason. This is the man who ordered the landing in Minsk of a scheduled passenger aircraft enroute to Lithuania because one of it's passengers was a Belarusian journalist, Roman Protasevich, who opposed Lukashenko. Both he and his girlfriend were arrested at Minsk airport though and now under house arrest in Belarus. She is a Russian citizen so I doubt Putin is too impressed though Lukashenko has annoyed Putin plenty of times with his belligerence.

Opposition leader Svetlana Tikhanovskaya who accused Lukashenko of election rigging (it's his specialty which enabled him to remain President for 27 years), had to flee with her family to Lithuania for her safety after the 2020 election.

The EU and NATO increased sanctions against Belarus targeting some 30 individuals and entities including the foreign minister and Belarusian airline Belavia and of course, Lukashenko, over human right abuses as well as the enforced landing of a passenger aircraft. Lukashenko has retaliated by escorting migrants to it's borders with Poland and the Baltic states.

I guess all those videos showing just young males at the border and of those breaking into the UK were doctored then and they are all mostly actually women and children ... Lordy, who knew ... Let them in

Nope.

"The coronavirus crisis is set to bring more longer-lasting damage to the UK economy than any other country in the G7, the IMF has warned.

The fund on Tuesday said its global forecasts showed that while most advanced nations would return to the economic growth expected before the pandemic struck, Britain’s economy would still be 3 per cent smaller in 2024.

These large scars to the British economy, matched in recent days by forecasts from the Institute for Fiscal Studies and Citigroup, will force Rishi Sunak to use the new taxes he is raising to pay for the legacy of the pandemic rather than improving health and social care.

The IMF also forecast the chancellor would go into this month’s Budget without being able to point to sustained falls in public debt by the middle of the decade."

Back to the 1850's window tax with Boris's Brexit. At least Pelmethead will save on the basis that he still hasn't got his windows in Horaces bunker yet due to "supply chain" issues.
